I had the pleasure of attending one of Syreeta's PeriParty events, and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of amazing women connecting, learning, and supporting one another. Perimenopause is something so many women experience, yet so few of us are truly prepared for. Syreeta has a gift for making what can feel like an overwhelming topic approachable, informative, and empowering. I left with a better understanding of what to expect, practical knowledge I can actually use, and the reassurance that I'm not alone. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely committed to educating and supporting women through every stage of this journey, I can't recommend Syreeta enough. Every woman deserves access to this kind of guidance and community.Posted on Google Sam MakinaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a beautifully planned event. Thank you, Syreeta, for creating such a safe and welcoming space for women to come together, learn about perimenopause, ask questions, and share experiences without judgement. It was empowering to be surrounded by so many incredible women, and a reminder of how powerful education and genuine connection can be. Thank you for making such an important conversation feel so approachable.Posted on Google Tapiwa SibandaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In a season where brain fog takes over, exhaustion is a norm and anxiety is a common feeling, this platform not only provides an explanation but also gives you tools to cope and find yourself again. I attended one of Syreeta's peri parties and it was just what my mind and body needed. I needed to hear that I wasn't alone, that I wasn't broken, that I could thrive through this season. The environment was informative, gentle, encouraging and all the ladies were accommodating and open to sharing and listening. Thank you, Syreeta for creating a comfortable and safe space to have these much needed conversations around the evolution of our bodies and our selves, and thank you for this Platform that provides much needed tools to navigate this season with grace and glam!Posted on Google Afton DhanaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended a PeriParty hosted by Syreeta and WoW!!! She really did a remarkable job. She hosted a classy and informative session. She made talking about peri menopause easy and comfortable. She guided us through the changes and challenges of our bodies during this phase. Many women opened up and felt seen, understood and not alone. What a great event!!Posted on Google Anita Amanda PandayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience at Peri Party. I enjoyed the information Syreeta provided at this Peri Party. Syreeta guided the group in a well manner way. It brought women together to connect, share there real life stories and asking questions. I look forward to the next one to learn morePosted on Google Nella GalloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went to a Periparty hosted by Syreeta and besides an awesome get together, i can honestly say that more women in their 30s and 40s need to educate themselves about their mental and physical health and well being. Syreeta opened the door to a lot of information I was not aware of when it comes to perimenopause and menopause. It also led to open conversations about other areas of women's health - topics that we are not talking enough about. If you are a woman that is feeling off and cannot explain why, I highly recommend you get in touch with Syreeta because she can help you navigate what is happening with your mind and body! Too often when we are feeling off we think it is the stress of life or some kind of depression and sometimes we couldn't be more wrong! Do yourself a favour and get into the conversation (and involve the men in your life too)!Posted on Google Mercedes D'AlmeidaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I think someone we don’t do enough is come together as a community in a way that invites people to be open and vulnerable. When people feel safe enough to share and be vulnerable, it opens the door for deeper understanding and connection. Listening to each others stories allows us to learn from different perspectives, challenge our assumptions and grow collectively. Periphase makes space for these kinds of conversations, where people can share openly, it’s something that takes intentional effort, but has a lasting impact on how connected people feel within a community. What a wonderful day, with wonderful women. 🤍
